Combine your love of chocolate and cocktails in this fun, hands-on workshop at the Tri-Island Chocolate Factory, located near the Spice Basket in St. George, Beaulieu, Grenada.
Join professional cocoa farmer and chocolate maker, Aaron Sylvester, for a 90-minute factory adventure where you’ll explore the fascinating Tree-to-Bar chocolate-making process.
Roll up your sleeves and try your hand at making two types of “tipsy” chocolate truffles, infusing them with a touch of Grenadian spirit. Create your own signature style of molded chocolates while hand-enrobing a variety of ganache flavors in either milk or dark chocolate. Then, decorate your truffles with tasty toppings like cocoa powder, honeycomb, or sprinkles.
This deliciously interactive experience ends with you taking home your own handcrafted chocolates to share with friends—or keep for yourself! All chocolates, ganaches, and utensils are provided during your in-factory workshop.
