Tri-Island Roots-to-Bar Experience
What you will do
This will be a unique experience, connecting you to cocoa and honey through Rastafarianism. You will connect with local Rastafarian cocoa farmers and beekeepers from the parish of St. Andrews. Learn about life as a Rastafarian and what it means to be a Rasta from the food, history, hair, music and more. Experience cocoa farming, life in Grenada, cultivating Grenadian spice, local honey and chocolate tasting. You will depart this three-hour trail enhanced, cultured and renewed.
Walking through the land your senses are in overload – on the perfect Caribbean day even the leaves light up. I was in my element tasting natural cocoa, smelling fresh lemongrass and cinnamon, and then indulging on a sugary treat called sapadilla – all fresh from his land.
